A professional tour guide and luggage truck is with the group at all times. Most of expenses are covered (motorcycle rental, hotel rooms, fuel, National Park entry fees)
You go and ride as you please each day. Your luggage is carried from hotel to hotel. This option is offered for those who prefer independent riding. Suggested stops are advised by the tour guide.
The total freedom: choose your own dates. No luggage transportation is provided.
Price excludes airfares, meals, drinks, donations, tips. Tour is strictly limited to 14 bikes on guided tours. If you love small group riding then our guided tour is your best bet! Seats sell fast, do not wait until the tours are fully booked!
Right. Small groups. No more than 14 bikes in total. Other large tour companies take as many clients as possibe. Sometimes we see groups of over 30 bikes. We don't do this. Just imagine time wasted on fuelling, lunches, red lights etc...More people, more trouble. We keep it small and simple, so you can enjoy the tour far better! We stop at places nobody else can, spend more quality time at sights and attractions. It is your holiday, it is our passion.
How to book the tour?
1. Complete Booking Form
2. Confirmation
On receipt of your booking form we will acknowledge availability and confirm
your provisional booking via return e-mail for the specific tour requested
3. Deposit
On provisional booking and availability being confirmed a deposit of 30% will be
requested. Deposit should be sent via bank transfer at sender's expense. Also,
we can charge your credit card - in the this case add 3% service fee.
4. Secure Booking
On receipt of your deposit your booking will be secured and Panaco Tours will
confirm your tour dates. A tour document will be e-mailed to you with specific
details related to the particular tour you have booked.
5. Full Payment
Full payment is due no later than four weeks (28 days) prior to
commencement of the tour.
CANCELLATION
The tour is definite-go when 8 riders are booked, otherwise we may cancel the tour
and refund all deposits 28 days prior departure.
If you cancel the tour following restrictions may apply:
-cancel the tour 6 months before departure: deposit is
90% refundable
-cancel the tour 3 months before departure: deposit is non-refundable
-cancel the tour within 28 days: all payments are non-refundable
Insurance
Security DepositA security deposit will be taken at pick-up (Authorization Only). Security deposit must be processed via valid credit card.
Insurance Policies and Surcharges
State mandatory liability insurance is included in your rental. You are not insured for Damage or Theft. Our partner offers several options from upgrading your Liability or Damage Waiver. Please carefully check your requirements. Because motorcycle rentals are considered an exotic rental most credit cards and insurance do not transfer the same way as they do with normal car rentals. PLEASE always check your credit company or insurance company for coverage.
Supplemental Liability Insurance
Insurance protects Renter against claims made by a third party for bodily injury and/or property damage sustained as a result of an accident. Renter supplemental Liability Insurance Benefit is $1,000,000
